Casa Bella Lovely inn but disappointing service “Casa Bella is a stately, tastefully appointed B&B overlooking Lake Anna in Barberton. However I'm quite disappointed in their customer service. I was housed there several times over the last couple years for a 2-week summer job. The B&B owner rationed towels (2 sets per week in a suite with only a small window air-conditioner in the upstairs hall.) He specified rigid check-in and check-out times but with no one there to assist me. And noisily started up a maintenance project outside my bedroom door at 11:00 on a Saturday morning. Ultimately without advance notice he booked a roommate to share my suite, and double-booked part of the reservation, blocking me out without apology. And at 4:00 of the day I was to check in, he phoned to ask me to bring in my own cooler because the refrigerator was full. I found his attitude far from hospitable.”
