They are not 100% positive but we address the negative issues we hear about. One client liked me but said I "eat my words". Now I try to speak more loudly to her and enunciate better. Another said they liked our pine trees but they needed trimming so we had them pruned. Another clienet wished we would take Care Credit so now we do.
